All locations will be closed Dec 15, 22-25, 29 and Jan 1 and close early during the last 2 weeks of December. See December Calendar for details.
Tulsa City-County Library will upgrade its circulation system on October 28. On this day, the catalog will be unavailable. We hope the temporary outage will last for a few hours, but we are planning for the entire day to assure a smooth process. Additional time may be required, but is not anticipated.
During this time, the catalog and any service requiring a library card number for authentication will not be available. This includes accessing the online catalog and also services such as Freegal music downloads, Newspaper Direct, databases and Freading eBooks. Additionally, materials presented in the Wowbrary e-newsletter will not be accessible to borrow until the catalog upgrade is complete.
On October 28, customers will be able to check out and return items, but this maintenance will prevent customers from renewing materials or placing materials on hold. No fines or fees will be charged to customers who are unable to renew materials on October 28. And, customers who checkout materials on the 28th will receive an additional day to keep materials.
We apologize for the inconvenience as we improve your Tulsa City-County Library and we thank you for your patience.
