A Disaster Recovery Center is open in the Mannford Community Center (101 Green Valley Road, Mannford), and will be open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays, to assist Creek County fire victims with their FEMA disaster claims. FEMA representatives say the Center will remain open as long as there is a need. The Center is in the same building as the Mannford Public LIbrary, which has been offering free copying and fax machines.
At the Center fire victims will be assisted by FEMA staff to begin the process of filing their claim. All fire victims are encouraged to call 800-621-FEMA (3362) or visit the Center for assistance.
