National Register to Vote Day

Today is National Voter Registration Day. If you're not registered to vote, today is as good a day as any to get registered, or to update your registration.

Voting is one of few civic responsibilities we have as American citizens and possibly the most important. Voting is your opportunity to exercise your voice in government.

If you're not sure where to register... all Oklahoma tag agencies can assist with voter registration. All Tulsa City-County Libraries should have voter registration forms or can print the form. The Tulsa County Election Board can assist with all voting-related questions.

The next opportunities for Tulsa County residents to vote will be:

  • October 8 -- Cities of Glenpool and Jenks and the Collinsville ISD will host special elections. Access sample ballots here: http://www.tulsacounty.org/TulsaCounty/dynamic.aspx?id=9800
  • November 12 -- City of Tulsa general and special elections and City of Sand Springs Special election. Sample ballots to come.

Get registered so you can go vote.
