The Tulsa Regional Chamber's September Small Business Forum, "The Patient Protection and Affordable Health care Act: What does ObamaCare mean for Small Business?" will feature a panel of legal, tax and insurance experts who will help attendees understand the requirements and benefits of the Affordable Care Act.

Tulsa Mayor Dewey F. Bartlett, Jr. will provide an update to the Tulsa regional business community at the Tulsa Regional Chamber's annual State of the City address at the Cox Business Center, Thursday, Sept. 5.

Bartlett, a local businessman, took office in 2009. Since he was elected, Bartlett has focused on job creation, public safety and infrastructure, all while maintaining a sound budget and building the city's savings.
