Weatherization Assistance Programs

This winter has been mild so far, but as many Oklahomans know, that can change at any moment. Weatherization prepares your home for Oklahoma's erratic cold temperatures and snow storms, but can be an unaffordable option for some homeowners and renters.

If your residence is in need of weather prepping, these assistance programs may be able to help you:

• City of Tulsa Emergency Repair Grants & Loans
  Offers emergency home repair grants up to $5,000 to low-income individuals. Housing rehabilitation loans up to $25,000 available to qualified homeowners. Limited to City of Tulsa. Must meet financial and eligibility guidelines.
• PSO Low Income Weatherization Program
  
  PSO customers whose income falls at or below 200% of the poverty income level may be eligible to receive weatherization upgrades to their home.
• United Community Action Program - Weatherization Assistance 
  Low-income residents are eligible for this program. You can either be a homeowner or a renter. Low income for this program is defined as at or below 200 percent of poverty level.
