Lessons in Voting

I have a scout living in my house who at a recent meeting voted on patrol leaders. After the meeting I was informed first, that my scout voted for a young man that he didn't really think would be but who was elected patrol leader; and second, that several of the scouts voted twice.

National Voter Registration Day

Today is the first ever National Voter Registration Day.

Several events are being held today to make sure Tulsa and area voters will be registered in time for the November 6 election. Deadline to register to vote is October 12.
