I need to cool off from this summer heat. Where can I find a list of local public pools?

You’re in luck! The library’s Tulsa Organizations and Services database (or TOS) has a list of city and county pools that are open this summer. To find the list from our home page, move your cursor over the Research and Learn tab, then select Tulsa Organizations and Services from the drop down menu. Once you're on the TOS page, select ‘Subject’ and perform a search for 'swimming pools'.

How do I locate content from the old website on this new one?

This  map indicates where the content from the old website can be found in our new layout, and can be found on our How Do I..? page.

The How Do I...? section is located under the Interests tab on the home page.

Where can I find the lists of titles that I saved on the old site for later use?

You can find instructions on importing your lists of saved titles here.

To find these instructions and other information about the new catalog, go the Interests tab near the top of the page and select the How Do I section.

Where on the new website can I find the library's help page for the ebooks and downloadable audio books?

If you just want to get there quickly, click here

To find it from the home page, click the Research and Learn tab in the red menu bar (be sure to click on the tab itself here, not in the menu). In the Research page, look in the column titled Research by Subject and click 'Getting Started with Overdrive'.

I'd like to start a nonprofit organization, but don't know all of the steps involved. Where can I find help getting it up and running?

The library's Research Center has a wealth of information on starting and operating nonprofits. If you go to our Research & Learn tab on the home page, you'll find a link for the Nonprofit Resource Center in the middle of the list of icons.
