The Land Records databases contain information about properties in Tulsa County.  This collection of databases is created and maintained by the Tulsa County Assessor's Office and the Land Records Department of the Tulsa County Clerk's Office.

Property Search
Find out the physical characteristics of a house and the property value.  Records also contain a property's legal description, parcel number, mailing address, millage and other information.  Access from home.

Oncore Web Public Search
Find liens, deeds, and mortgages (instruments) associated with a property.  Some ownership records in the system date back to 1907.  Access from all libraries.

Tulsa View
Central Library Research Center and Hardesty Regional Library also have access to TulsaView, an annually-published CD-ROM that combines mapping software with land record information.
