One option we have for you is a collection of online computer skills tutorials through the Learning Express database. These are self-paced tutorials with beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of the most common software products you'll need to know to improve your marketability for a new job, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook, as well as Windows and Mac operating systems.

Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing

Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing is available to our tutors and adult learners in all of our literacy computers labs. This well-loved typing program monitors progress to provide each user with tailored lessons.  Learning the basics of typing is an easy way to become more comfortable with using the computer. This program will be especially helpful to adult learners who will be taking the GED test its new online format in 2014.
