HECR Arts and Humanities Grants

The Higher Education Cultural Roundtable (HECR) is soliciting proposals from Tulsa-area K-12 schools for mini-grants to fund arts and humanities projects.

HECR is also seeking applications for the Martin T. Letcher Student Patron of the Arts Awards (SPOTA) from college students who attend higher education institutions in northeast Oklahoma.
