Library presents workshop on  keeping your online info private and safe

   As more and more daily transactions occur online, from banking to social media, the opportunity for fraud increases.

   Bring your devices and join Luke Crouch from Mozilla to learn steps for keeping your online info private and safe during “Digital Privacy and Security Workshop: Choose Privacy Week,” May 5, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. in Central Library’s Aaronson Auditorium, Fifth Street and Denver Avenue.  This event is part of the national “Choose Privacy Week.”

  This free workshop is designed for all levels of online users. The beginner lecture is perfect for the everyday digital user, while the advanced lecture is great for public figures, politicians, activists or concerned civilians.
