Create a crossword puzzle or word unscramble for vocabulary words. Play Snowman and fill in the correct letters to prevent the snowman from melting, help a spider catch a tasty bug to eat that corresponds with the correct answer to the posed question in Bug Match, or try to piece together a split word to match definitions with Chopped Words.

By making study fun, kids aren’t just more likely to study, they’re more likely to retain the information they studied! Neurologist have discovered, “when students are engaged and motivated and feel minimal stress, information flows freely through the affective filter in the amygdala and they achieve higher levels of cognition, make connections, and experience “aha” moments." In short, when learning is fun, it sparks more excitement to continue learning, and makes it easier for the brain to absorb the information it learned. Homework Help Now is one fun resource the library offers to get your child ready for a test in a way that is engaging and stress free.
