Mission

The Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) was established in 1976 to represent the rental housing industry in northeastern Oklahoma. We provide quality education that promotes professional property management, participate in advocacy to ensure the voice of the rental housing industry is heard, and create networking opportunities for industry peers to meet and learn from one another.

TAA is an affiliate of the National Apartment Association. TAA territory includes the following counties in northeastern Oklahoma: Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Haskell, Pawnee, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Rogers, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington.

VISION: To be Northeastern Oklahoma's leading rental housing industry resource and valued community partner.

MISSION: The Tulsa Apartment Association unites and supports the rental housing industry by creating opportunities to build relationships, providing education, and legislative advocacy.

Programs and Services

Members of the Tulsa Apartment Association have access to education to learn about industry best practices and laws about owning and operating rental housing in Oklahoma. Members also have access to a lease and addenda for their rental properties.
