Mission

The Oil Capital Unit is a parliamentary procedure study group whose purpose is to promote education about and practice of parliamentary procedure.

Services and Programs

Members can serve as or recommend professional parliamentarians for meetings or conventions.  We can also provide educational seminars for groups wanting to learn more.
