- An adult literacy program for those who wish to improve their reading an/or English skills. Volunteer tutors are given instruction and teaching materials to prepare them for teaching. Learning is on a one-to-one basis and services are free. Students must be age 16 or over. Tutors must be high school graduates, age 18 or over.

- Hours: M-F 9-5, some evenings by appointment.
- Services include computer-assisted instruction, small group learning opportunities, and learning assessments.
- ONE-TO-ONE TUTORING. One reading tutor for each student. Tutoring is for adults ages 16 and above and English language learners.
- COMPUTER LABS. For literacy students only. Twenty-two computers for literacy students and teachers. They feature Oxford Picture Dictionary, Ultimate Phonics, and other software programs to improve language and literacy skills.
- GED.
- CONVERSATION CIRCLES. Twice weekly classes designed for English language learners. Practice English listening and speaking skills in a fun and friendly environment.
