Tulsa City-County Library’s mobile app turns a smartphone or tablet into a library of your own.
Convenience is the key to connecting with a librarian, searching the library catalog, downloading the latest bestseller and sharing your insight with other readers. You can even register for a library card with the app, http://tccl.boopsie.com/
With the increasing use of smartphones today, Tulsa City-County Library strives to reach customers and help them find information and entertainment beyond the walls of the libraries throughout Tulsa County. Customers will enjoy the immediately available access to e-books and audiobooks. With “BookLook” customers can scan any book’s barcode to see if it is available for checkout from the library.
Mobile app features include:
- Apply for a library card from your device
- Request books, movies and music
- Menus available in Spanish
- Access eBooks and eAudiobooks available for immediate checkout
- Shortened menu text and combined social media options
Results for books, DVDs, audiobooks, CDs, periodicals and library events are available instantly. You can easily access your library account to renew books and request new materials.
