Readers and movie lovers are invited to beat the July heat by taking the fun indoors for free “Summer Movies @ Circle Cinema.”
As part of Tulsa City-County Library’s summer reading program, enjoy a family-friendly movie at Circle Cinema, 10 S. Lewis, each Wednesday in July beginning at 1 p.m., in the 225 seat theater. Children will receive a special treat while supplies last. Seating is limited.
Movie showings include:
· July 5 – Lego Batman
· July 12 – Sing
· July 19 – Trolls
· July 26 – Boss Baby
“The free Summer Kids Film series is a great partnership with the Kendall-Whittier Library,” said Chuck Foxen, Circle Cinema Film Programmer. “It’s an experience of bringing books, movies and community together to share an experience at Circle Cinema. It’s a real gift to the children in Tulsa.”
Children, teens and adults are encouraged to keep the pages turning with the 2017 Summer Reading Program. The free annual program is ongoing through Aug. 5. To sign up, children and teens, ages newborn to 17, and adults can register at any Tulsa City-County Library or online at www.TulsaLibrary.org/summer.
“Summer Movies @ Circle Cinema” is sponsored by the Tulsa Library Trust, Circle Cinema and TrueBlue Neighbors.
