Serve. Learn. Inspire. Literacy, Outreach and Volunteer Services (LOVS) of Tulsa City-County Library provides programs and services to a diverse group of customers throughout Tulsa County.
Ruth G. Hardman Adult Literacy Service
The Ruth G. Hardman Adult Literacy Service promotes literacy through adult basic and English language instruction. Literacy specialists and resources are available to students and adult literacy tutors.
Outreach Services
Outreach Services provides library services to those who are physically, geographically, or economically unable to visit the library. Services are provided through several different programs, including the Bookmobile, the Reading Roadshow, and Homebound Delivery. The Outreach team also represents the Tulsa City-County Library system, at community events across Tulsa County.
Volunteer Services
The Volunteer Services Office of Tulsa City-County Library places volunteers in library departments and locations throughout the county. Proud to be a certifying organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award, this department works with volunteers to find meaningful ways to serve the library and their community.
