TCCL’s Build a Reader kickoff introduces parents to free library resources

   When did children’s toys get so expensive?    Go back to the basics and discover how to use free materials to encourage children’s play. Bring your child for a special storytime celebration, Sept. 8, 1 – 3 p.m. at Martin Regional Library, 2601 S. Garnett Road. Enjoy songs, stories and special prizes, as well as learning stations with fun activities for the entire family.
