Physical materials
Check out books, audiobooks, CDs, movies and more.
Items can be checked out from and returned to any TCCL location.
TCCL is fine free, which means no fees on overdue items. Damaged or lost items are charged to the cardholder’s account.
Items typically check out for 14 days and renew automatically unless they are on hold. To renew items manually, place holds or pay fines, click on My TCCL in the upper right corner of the website, visit us in person or call 918-549-7323.
Checkout limits are as follows:
- Books and Audiobooks: 75 items
- Movies and Music CDs: 20 items
- Some cards have special limits; ask a staff member for more information.

Digital materials
Use your TCCL card to borrow e-books, audiobooks, comics, e-magazines, e-newspapers, music and movies from anywhere on any device with internet access.

Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available during business hours in all TCCL locations and from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. in all TCCL parking lots, excluding the Central Library parking lot.

Events for all ages
TCCL staff plan hundreds of events each month that are free and open to the public. Browse events for adults, teens, children and all ages. You can search for events by title or date and filter by location, age group and event type. Some events require registration. Register online or contact us for help registering.

TCCL produces a digital and printed my library guide each month with highlighted resources, services and events. Pick up a printed copy at any TCCL location or visit www.TulsaLibrary.org/mylibrary.

Supplies
Need supplies? Purchase headphones, flash drives and tote bags at any TCCL location.

Copy, print, fax and scan
A Business Center is available at all TCCL locations to copy, fax, print and scan.
MAKE COPIES of your documents. Copies cost 10 cents per page for black and white and 25 cents per page for color.
PRINT from any TCCL computer or wirelessly from your device. Prints cost 10 cents per page for black and white and 25 cents per page for color. Find more information under Wireless Printing in the Using the Library section of our website.
SEND A FAX for 50 cents per page.
SCAN for free to an email address or a USB drive. USB drives are available to purchase for $8.

Use public computers
All TCCL locations offer public computers. Use your library card to sign in for a session with access to a variety of software like Microsoft Office in addition to all library online resources.

Reserve a meeting room
TCCL offers a variety of meeting and study room spaces in various library locations across Tulsa County available for customer use. Read policy information and reserve a space in the Meeting Rooms section of our website.

Use a 3D printer
Visit Hardesty Regional Library, Martin Regional Library, Rudisill Regional Library, Zarrow Regional Library or the Maker Space at Central Library to see a 3D printer in action. Schedule a 30- to 60-minute session with TCCL staff.
Book a Librarian
Book a Librarian at any TCCL location for one-to-one, in-person help with various topics related to using the library’s resources.
- Learn how to access and load resources onto your device from the digital collection, including e-books, movies, music, audiobooks, e-magazines and e-newspapers.
- Get help exploring the website and library app to create or access your account for placing holds and more.
- Learn about other services and resources the library offers to help you with any topic or project, including reading resources, career help, homework help and personal development.
- Appointments are made on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Book a Research Librarian for one-to-one, virtual help with in-depth research topics or help with resources. This service is great for:

Renee F. Neuwald Trust Maker Space
Located within the downtown Central Library, the Renee F. Neuwald Trust Maker Space is a hands-on, creator-focused working space for the people of Tulsa County with screen and 3D printing, laser engraving, a CNC router, an audio lab and other tools. The Maker Space provides our visitors a place to work on their next great idea, develop a new skill, or learn a new hobby in a supportive environment.
A TCCL card and orientation are required to use the space.

AEP Foundation Digital Literacy Lab
The American Electric Power/Public Service Company of Oklahoma Foundation Digital Literacy Lab is a creator-focused working space for the customers of Tulsa City-County Library that was opened in October of 2016. Library visitors may use the Digital Literacy Lab to develop new apps and software skills, try out new pieces of equipment, digitize family history, and more. We provide Orientations weekly for the Digital Literacy Lab, along with special programs and classes throughout the year geared towards all ages.
A TCCL card and orientation are required to use the space.

Research Center
Conduct free specialized research using reference materials, books, databases and more in person or online.
Resources on local history are available in the Oklahoma Room as well as additional resources for business, nonprofit and career development.

Literacy, Outreach and Volunteer Services
Serve. Learn. Inspire. Literacy, Outreach and Volunteer Services (LOVS) of Tulsa City-County Library provides programs and services to a diverse group of customers throughout Tulsa County.
The Ruth G. Hardman Adult Literacy Service promotes literacy through adult basic and English language instruction. Literacy specialists and resources are available to students and adult literacy tutors.
Outreach Services provides library services to those who are physically, geographically, or economically unable to visit the library. Services are provided through several different programs, including the Bookmobile, the Reading Roadshow, and Homebound Delivery. The Outreach team also represents the Tulsa City-County Library system, at community events across Tulsa County.
The Volunteer Services Office of Tulsa City-County Library places volunteers in library departments and locations throughout the county. Proud to be a certifying organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award, this department works with volunteers to find meaningful ways to serve the library and their community.

If you live, work or go to school in Tulsa County, you are eligible for a free TCCL library card. New online applicants will get a temporary card number for instant access to online library services, while your information is being verified. Once verified, you will receive your full-service library card in the mail that will allow you to check out library materials, reserve meeting rooms and use library computers.
