"Chapters" literacy fundraiser to feature authors Jennifer Latham, David Leite and Julia Thomas

   Spend an enjoyable evening after hours in the library with three favorite authors while helping raise money and awareness for Tulsa City-County Library’s Ruth G. Hardman Adult Literacy Service.    In conjunction with National Literacy Awareness Month, Tulsa City-County Library and the Tulsa Library Trust are offering “Chapters: A Casual Evening of Books, Bards and Bites” on Thursday, Sept. 7 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hardesty Regional Library, 8316 E. 93rd St. The cost is $50 per person. Families invited to back-to-school community resource fair at Martin Regional Library

Tulsa City-County Library and the Coalition of Hispanic Organizations are partnering to present the “Back-to-School Community Resource Fair” Aug. 15, 9-11 a.m. at Martin Regional Library, 2601 S. Collinsville Library celebrates a century as an original Carnegie Library

   Families are invited to “Celebrate Collinsville Library’s 100th Birthday,” July 18, 2-5 p.m. at the Collinsville Library, 1223 Main.    The special birthday party includes a storytime, magic show with Chris Capstone, cupcakes and prizes.
